Ingredients:
● 2 oz brewed black tea, cooled
● 1/2 oz simple syrup or maple syrup for a richer flavor
● 2–3 dashes Watkins Aromatic Bitters
● Orange peel, for garnish
● Luxardo Cherry, for garnish
● Ice cube - large cube if possible
Instructions:
1. In a mixing glass or directly in a rocks glass, combine the cooled black tea and simple syrup.
2. Add 2–3 dashes of Watkins Aromatic Bitters.
3. Fill the glass with a large ice cube. Stir gently to chill and combine the flavors.
4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass by holding it over the drink and giving it a twist. Then drop it in.
5. Optional: Add a maraschino cherry for a touch of sweetness and tradition.
