Watkins Classic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1/8 tsp Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt

  • Watkins Organic Ground Black Pepper, to taste

  • Watkins Organic Smoked Paprika, for garnish

 

Directions

  1. Hard boil your eggs. Once cooled and peeled, cut each egg in half lengthwise.

  2. Neatly scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl and mash with a fork until finely crumbled.

  3. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl of yolks and mix until fully combined.

  4. Spoon a heaping teaspoon of the yolk mixture in the hollowed egg whites on a serving platter.

  5. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
