Ingredients:
- 1 lb / 1.4 kg reduced-fat Kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-1/2 inch / 38 mm pieces
- 12 cooked new red potatoes, halved
- 1 can - 8 oz / 237 mL pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 green pepper, cut into 2 inch / 51 mm chunks
- 1/3 cup / 79 mL apricot preserves
- ¼ cup / 59 mL water
- 2 tsp / 10 mL Watkins Organic Onion Powder
- ¾ tsp / 4 mL Watkins Organic Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp / 2 mL Watkins Organic Lemon Pepper
Directions:
- On 6 wooden or metal skewers, thread kielbasa, potatoes, pineapple chunks, and green pepper chunks, alternating as desired. Combine remaining ingredients.
- Place kebabs on rack over hot coals and grill (or broil in oven) three to four inches from heat for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally until kielbasa is heated through.
- Brush kabobs with preserve mixture and continue grilling until meat is glazed and brown, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
