Ingredients
For the Pasta Salad:
- 1 lb dried pasta
- 1 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup halved olives
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 2-3 tbsp of Watkins Organic Basil Leaves
For the Dressing:
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp Watkins Organic Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Watkins Organic Dried Oregano
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Cook the pasta based on package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, peppers, tomatoes, olives, parmesan, and mozzarella.
- In another bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Mix the dressing into the bowl with the pasta, top with basil, and enjoy!
