Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots, unpeeled
- 5 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1/4 teaspoon Watkins Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
- Garnish: Watkins Parsley Flakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
- Cut up the carrots into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan.
- Add Watkins Ground Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Fine Hyminlan Pink Salt to melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Add carrots to the pan with the melted butter. Toss until well combined.
- Transfer the carrots to a baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the carrots are tender.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate.
- Garnish with Watkins Parsley Flakes. Serve immediately.
