Garlic Herb Butter Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots, unpeeled
  • 5 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Watkins Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Garnish: Watkins Parsley Flakes

 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  • Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Cut up the carrots into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan.
  • Add Watkins Ground Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Fine Hyminlan Pink Salt to melted butter. Stir until combined.
  • Add carrots to the pan with the melted butter. Toss until well combined.
  • Transfer the carrots to a baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until the carrots are tender.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate.
  • Garnish with Watkins Parsley Flakes. Serve immediately.
