Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided in half
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ teaspoon Watkins Oregano Leaves
- ¼ teaspoon Watkins Basil Leaves
- ¼ teaspoon Watkins Ground Black Pepper
- Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
- 1 cup pizza sauce or red pasta sauce
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices, cut large slices in 1/4ths or use small pepperoni slices for easy dipping
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, oregano, basil, and salt to taste in a large bowl or stand-up mixer bowl.
- Use a hand mixer or stand-up mixer to combine ingredients.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into a round pie pan.
- Evenly spread pizza sauce or red pasta sauce over cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over pizza sauce or red pasta sauce.
- Top with pepperoni
- Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is browned.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
