Cinnamon Apple Cookie Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups / 200 g old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup / 33 g ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 tsp / 2 g Watkins Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup / 120 g almond butter
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp / 100 g Nature Nate’s 100% Pure, Raw, & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 tsp / 5 mL Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 cup / 118 g grated apple

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flaxseed, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Pour the honey mixture into the oat mixture and mix until well combined. Stir in grated apple.
  3. Slightly wet your hands and form into tablespoon-sized balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
