Ingredients
Filling
- 4 cups / 1000 mL blueberries
- 1/3 cup/ 67 g white sugar
- 1/4 cup / 31 g flour
- 1 Tablespoon/ 17 g Watkins All Natural Original Gourmet Baking Vanilla
- Juice from ½ of a lemon
Toping
- 1 cup/125 g flour
- 1 cup/85 g old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup/110 g brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tablespoon/ 17 g Watkins Organic Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon / 3 g salt
- 3/4 cup/170 g butter, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F /175C
Filling: Combine sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl. Add blueberries, Watkins All Natural Original Gourmet Baking Vanilla, and lemon juice. Gently fold together ingredients until the blue until they are coated with the dry mixture. Set it aside.
Topping: Combine flour, old-fashioned rolled oats, brown sugar, Watkins Organic Ground Cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Slowly stir in melted butter until combined.
Assembly
- Add the blueberry mixture to the bottom of a greased pie pan or baking dish.
- Cover with blueberry mixture with the topping.
- Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until the blueberry filling is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
